If a medicine is declined, you can ask once for a review by a different, independent practice. You only pay if one takes it.

Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. You pay for a careful review by a licensed clinician, who decides each medicine on its own. They may prescribe, ask you a question, order a lab test, or recommend a different kind of visit. Every outcome is explained on your visit page.
Do I need insurance?
No. The price you see is the price of the review, paid by card. Your pharmacy charges for the medicine itself; many people use a pharmacy discount card for that.
How quickly will I hear back?
An independent practice accepts your request within 24 hours or you get a full refund. Once accepted, your clinician has a day to decide, unless they need to ask you something first.
Who reviews my request?
A clinician (a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant) licensed in the state you are in, working at an independent practice. The Refill Clinic is the technology platform that connects you; your visit page always names the practice responsible for each medicine.
Can I request a refill for my child?
Yes, for children 6 and older, when a parent or legal guardian submits the request. A brand-new problem for a child needs a concierge visit instead.
What does AI do here?
AI helps organize your answers and drafts a summary so the review is thorough. It never prescribes and never makes a decision. A licensed clinician reads your request and decides.
What if I'm on Medicare?
We are not able to accept requests from people with Medicare yet. We will open to Medicare beneficiaries once the right clinicians and agreements are in place.
Can I choose my pharmacy?
Always. We never steer you to a pharmacy. You choose one during your request, and approved prescriptions are sent there.
